Residency Style, Job-Embedded Classroom Demonstration: Modeling the classroom experience with strategy-based learning including the GRR model and teacher-talk to foster strategic, critical thinking. This could include whole group, Guided Reading/small group, and individual instruction and intervention demonstrations. Prior to the classroom modeling there will be a preconference to establish expectations, and a debrief session will follow to inspect the expectations and process the learning. Focusing on how to adjust instructional strategies, assessments, and materials based on the learning experiences. Optional: Teachers can create their own personalized plans, “Classroom Accountability Action Plans”.
